Experience shows that frequent exchange of views between the parents/ guardian and teachers, In the presence of the student, produce very positive effects on the academic grades, grooming and character building of students. To promote this essential activity, parents/ guardians are invited and encouraged to attend PTMs, which are held after the first three terminal examinations. Besides, every effort is made to communicate the overall performance of a student to their parent in the Result Cards which are sent by registered mail to the parents or guardians of Boarders and through the students themselves in case of Day Scholars. In the same way, the parents/ guardians of students who show exceptionally good or otherwise performance are also intimated through urgent mail service; On the other hand, the parents/ guardians are responsible to keep contact with the institution, to frequently enquire about the performance of their children/ ward and update the change of address if any, to avoid unwanted delay in communication. Parents who do not counseling/result of their sons/wards, a unilateral decision of punishment including expulsion against their son/wards will be taken by the principal.
