Note:
1. All the day scholars who want to participate in college sports i.e. inter-college and inter-house competitions may get the track suit/kit from the college on payment.

2. Mattress and pillow of Right size and quality will be issued on cash payment by authorized dealer at college.

3. Everybody is required to have full college kit. Items not mentioned in the official kit list should not be brought to the college.

4. While every precaution is taken, the college is not responsible for any loss or damage. It will greatly help if all articles and clothing are clearly marked showing the boys’ brief name in indelible ink or with thread stitching.

Fee Rules

1. The fee in case of day scholars, must be paid before the 5th of each month, otherwise a late fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged up to the end of the month, after which the students name will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will be allowed at the discretion of the principal on payment of full admission fee and other outstanding dues, if any.
2. A transfer certificate will NOT be issued until all outstanding dues are cleared.
3. Not student particularly a boarder is not allowed to sit for any board Examination or the College Annual Examination unless outstanding dues have been fully paid.
4. A boarder, who joins late, shall have to pay full fee for the quarter during which he joins, as well as 20% of the total fee of the previous quarter. A day boarder shall have to pay full fee for all the months of the academic year for which he/she has not paid in his/her previous school. A student, who has not attended any school/college from the beginning of the year, shall be charged full tuition fee for the entire year, as per government rules.
5. For the Board classes, all students Boarders and Day Scholars have to pay the school/college fee until the last month/quarter in which his/her name remain on the school/college rolls, including all the examination and practical days.
6. Fee, once paid, including that paid in advance, is not refundable.
7. Additional amount of Rs. 300/- is charged from the students who choose Computer Science as a subject or a hobby. This is also applicable to children of staff.
8. The fee for the Boarders does not include extra charges like medical, laundry, pocket money, entertainment, textbooks, stationery, dry-cleaning, barber and toilet requisites etc.
Withdrawal Upon Parents’ Request

A written request for withdrawing a student must reach the office well in advance i.e. about a month in case of Boarders, and not less than ten days in case of Day Scholars. The school/college-leaving certificate will be issued only after all the school/college dues including the canteen etc. have been cleared. In case of day scholar, full fee for the month, and in the case of a boarder, full fee for the quarter during which the withdrawal takes places or a student’s name is struck off, shall have to be paid. Applications for withdrawal at the end of the academic year must be submitted latest by the day the annual examination results are announced. Once a student’s name has been transferred to the rolls for the next year, fee for the month of March in case of a day scholar and for the 2nd quarter in the case of border, becomes payable and the school/college leaving certificate will be issued only after the same, along with the other outstanding dues, have been paid.

Security Deposit

A refundable security is required to be deposited by each student on his/her first admission. This amount is refunded after the final settlement, on leaving the school/college. The refund must be claimed within six months of the date of leaving the school/college, failing which the same shall stand forfeited to the institution.1.

Details of Security Deposits and fee/funds are given in a separate sheet attached at the end of the prospectus.

Note:- All the above fee is subject to revision without prior notice to the parents, should the pay grades are revised by the government and/or the prices of consumer goods go up considerably.

Payment Schedule

In case of Boarding School, the fee is required to be paid on yearly basis but for the convenience of the parents, these are charged on quarterly basis, in advance. There is, therefore, no question of remission in fee for the periods that the institution is closed. The schedule for payment of fee will be as follows:

Late Fee

Students, who fail to pay their fee on time, are fined as follows:-

1. In case of the day scholars, the fee must be paid by the 10th of every month, after which a late fee fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged till 15th of the month, after which the student’s name will be struck off from the school/college rolls.

2. On no account a student’s name can be kept on the school/college roll, if his/her fee remains unpaid even after the above dates. Students struck off from the school and college roll will not be allowed into the classes and boarders will be sent out of the Hostels. Re-admission will be on the discretion of the Principal and on payment of re-admission fee.

Fee Concession in fees is given as follows

1. All students availing of scholarships and fee waivers shall have to retain their result in the upcoming monthly test, prep test, end of the year and the Board Examination. Otherwise, all such benefits will cease to exist; any visible sign of improvement shall lead to restoration of all such benefits.

2. The principal, at his discretion, and that too in a very special case, may allow full or part fee concession to any student of the school/college with CE’s prior written approval.

3. NO reduction in fee is admissible for broken periods of attendance. A student, who joins or leaves the school on any date during the month in case of a day scholar and during the quarter in case of a boarder shall have to pay the fee for the entire month/quarter.

4. No concession in the fee is allowed for any period of absence due to one reason or the other.

5. Fee concession will be considered for the sportsmen/athlete getting positions in the inter and intra college/district/divisional/inter and intra board sports competitions.

Remittance Mode

Payment may be made in Pak rupee or equivalent foreign currency calculated on the basis of the value of that currency on the date of payment. The fee must be remitted through the safest and fastest means which are as follows:-
1. The fee will be remitted in favour of the principal through a bank draft. Cheques are not accepted. Fee may also be paid in cash to the school Bursar/Accountant, but it may not be remitted through money order.
2. It will be the parents own responsibility to obtain a proper receipt, particularly for the cash payment.
3. When remitting the fee through post, the student’s name, class and the quarter for which the fee is being paid, must be mentioned in the covering letter or on the reverse of Bank Draft.
Miscellaneous Instructions

Visitors:

No parent is allowed to see a student while he/she is attending a class. The boarders’ parents, or visitors authorized by them, including relatives etc, are allowed to visit them only, on the dates and timings, announced by the school/college beforehand. These are normally restricted only to Sundays/holidays exclusively. Not visitor is allowed to see his/her son/daughter/ward on working days, except with the prior permission of the Principal, which is accorded only if there are special reasons for the unscheduled visit. The day scholars are not allowed to visit the boarding house without prior permission of the principal/vice principal. Parents of students in Girls College and the junior school may visit only on the dates and timings, given in the Schedule of Activities and shall inform before coming.
Correspondence:

Every Boarder is persuaded to write, a t least, once a week to his parents/guardians on their present address, given in the admission form. Any change in address should be communicated to the school/college by the parents/guardians, in writing at their earliest convenience. They are also advised to write to their children quite frequently. All their letters should be replied as promptly as possible. Official correspondence is also made on this address. The school/college welcomes, at least, occasional letters from the parents/guardians enquiring into the health, welfare and progress of their children/wards. It is in the best interest of the students if there is regular contact between the school/college and the parents. Official mail to the parents is sent through bona fide couriers but the college is not responsible for non-receipt of any mail. They should contact the college on official telephone numbers for the same.
Telephone Calls:

Parents/Guardians may speak to their children/wards on the school/college telephones but on Holidays only. In the interest of the children, however, they are advised to make their calls less frequent and as short as possible. Frequent telephone calls must be avoided as they cause emotional disturbance, distress and adversely affect the studies of students. Parents/guardians may ring up the office at any time during the working hours. However, not student is allowed to ring up his/her parents/guardians from the school/college official numbers.
Safety:

While all possible safety measures are taken, the school/college is NOT responsible for any harm, which may come to a student, while in the school or out on a picnic/excursion etc. or if he/she goes on leave or plays truant: nor is the school college responsible for any loss or damage to a student’s property/belongings, while in the school/college every possible care however will be taken of the same, within the school/college arrangements. Efforts are made to keep the students happy and develop in them love for their Alma Mater. All possible measures are also taken to ensure that a student does not leave the school premises without permission. However, God forbid, if a student manages to sneak out, the school/college does not take the responsibility of any mishap, which may occur to him. Students leaving school/college premises without permission will be considered absconders and will be punished for that. This may include their expulsion from the school/college.
